1. Can I do DanceFit Method workouts if Ive never danced before?

Absolutely! I have divided all workouts into 3 levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. The beginner level is perfect for anyone who is new to dancing or fitness in general. It’s a perfect start to your new workout regime which is easy and super fun to do while getting fit and learning how to dance.


2. I am a dancer. How could DanceFit Method help me to improve my dancing?

Intermediate and Advanced level DanceFit workouts are perfect for those who want to take their dancing skills to the next level: improve technique and mechanics, develop muscular strength and flexibility specifically needed for dancers! Inside the platform, I also have technique series of classes, stamina workouts, and choreography classes.


3. Is DanceFit Method helpful to those who want to lose weight and get in shape?

Not just helpful, but it is perhaps one of the most effective tools to get fit, lose weight and improve body aesthetic. Me personally, I tried almost all possible workouts, classes, and novel fitness regiments, which are currently available on the market - from hot yoga to barre classes, from Equinox to Cycling classes. I am a big fan of anything fitness and wellness. And I am always eager to try something new. But I can tell you, nothing is more fun, energizing, and at the same time has a challenging, great sculpting and toning effect on my body like a dance workout. I do all these dance exercises all my life, and they helped me to stay in great shape, and as an extra benefit, they helped me with improving my dance technique and stamina. I love dance workouts so much!
